We have a course set-up with restricted navigation, and player triggers that are set up so the next button does not become active until a slide completes. When the slide finishes, or when revisiting that slide the refresh button (circular arrow) is not working. What am I doing wrong that is causing this issue?
I am having the same issue (refresh button does not work) and was wondering if an solution was found. (I have a slide with triggers to jump to other slides and restricted navigation so can only go next when all buttons are visited).
If you'd like, we'd be happy to take a closer look at it. Please submit a case, including your .story file, using this link so our support team can assist you further:

Hey Toni!
Are you able to attach your .story file here so we can take a look?

Thanks!
Thank you Peter. I uploaded it using a slightly different link. I seem to have trouble uploading a file using the link provided in your message above.
Thanks again.

Was there a solution?

Thanks! Fixed!
Great. (Not sure why all that extra stuff appeared when I posted my reply!)
I was having the same issue and Adena's response helped me out too. Thanks!
