I have a few slides that do not allow the user to refresh the slide. It's happening on slides when using text entry variable and when I'm using pauses in the slide. Is there a way to get around this? What am I missing?
Do you mean that the user is unable to use the "rewind/refresh" button as a part of the seekbar? If so, the way it "refreshes" is based on slide properties and elements on your slide as described here.
