Réinitialisation des résultats d'un quiz

Bonjour,

Lorsqu'un participant n'atteint pas 80% de réussite à mon quiz, il doit le recommencer, seulement, lorsqu'il le refait, l'ancien résultat s'ajoute au nouveau, ce qui fait qu'il se retrouve avec plus de 100% de réussite. J'ai ajouté le trigger suivant sur le slide qui annonce le score :

- When the user click Retry1 (button)
      - Reset results 2.2 Quiz result Data
      - Jump to slide 1.14 Rendez-vous au quiz final

Ensuite, j'ai encore rajouté le "Reset results" sur la page qui annonce le début du quiz.

Mais rien n'y fait, l'ancien résultat continue d'être en mémoire et de s'ajouter au nouveau.

Pourriez-vous m'aider svp ?

Thank you for letting us know what you are experiencing with the results and scoring in your Storyline project.

Is this score displayed on the result slide in Storyline or within your LMS?

  • If you see it on the results slide, we would like to help. 
    • Please share it publicly here or send it to me privately by uploading it here. I'll delete it when troubleshooting is complete.
  • If you're seeing it in your LMS, are you able to replicate it in another environment, such as SCORM Cloud?
    • If not, it may be specific to your LMS, and I'd follow up with them.
    • If so, we'd be happy to take a look via the options shared above.

Hello Christelle!

Thank you for sharing your file! It looks like you need to reset the variables that are capturing the learner's score. On the Results Slide, try adding a trigger to reset the AddPoints variable and any other variables tracking the learner's score. 

When using the trigger to reset the Results, you're only resetting the Results Slide but not the variables that you've added manually.
