Hi, I installed the trial version of Storyline 2 last 3 months.... but my pc got reformatted so all my apps were gone... Now we are on to buy the product but I cant install it anymore on my pc. What to do? Can someone help me?
Why can't you install it...what error message are you getting? Need more information if anyone in the forum can try to help you or perhaps you should log a support ticket
its installing then before it reaches the end of the loading bar it will stop and said cannot installed. my pc specs are good it was working good on my pc...
