Remove Correct Answer Column in Print Results

I have replaced the file, and re-uploaded it to our LMS. Unfortunately I receive a blank white screen. I'm using Windows 10, Internet Explorer.

I tested it in Google Chrome (Version 65.0.3325.181) and it works correctly. Is there any reason why this wouldn't work in Internet Explorer (Version 11.2125.14393.0)?

I'm not sure why it isn't working for you in IE. I have windows 7 with IE version 11.0.56

I uploaded your course to the SCORM Cloud for testing and works for me.

Maybe try different compatibility settings in IE?

Update Versions: 11.0.56

Russell. Do you happen to have a version that only prints the tile, the question number, the question, and the student answer?

If you only use Survey Questions instead of Graded Questions, those other columns won't show up then.

You can also try this report.html file.

Here I changed it so it assumes that the questions are survey type questions. Then those columns won't show up.

Hi Russell, don't suppose you could amend one so that you just get the 'Date and Time' at the top (no student score, passing score or result), and the 'Question' and 'Passed or Failed' (no points awarded or student answer) could you? I've tried several times and seem to be breaking it, it's driving me mad!

Hey Russell, would you happen to know how to get rid of the points awarded column? And as a bonus, is there a way that I can change the Student score shown at the top to a variable I used in the course - I've got a few pick many questions that have partial scoring, so the default score is off for my report.

Does anyone know how I can change the instruction in the popup window  'enter your name' to 'enter your full name and ID number'?

You should be able to change the instruction by going to the player properties and then clicking on the Text Labels button. Take a look at items 17 & 18.

See if this report works for you.

This report removes: Student Score, Passing Score, and Result from the Header.
It also only lists questions that were answered incorrectly.
If all the questions were answered correctly, no questions will be listed.

And where do I change the Report.html header? It's displaying my internal course name. I tried changing the title in the report.html and it didn't do anything.

I'm a little bit confused, you asked me to remove the Result column. If the Result column is removed, the word Incorrect wouldn't be seen ??.

If you want to change the name of the report so it is different from your course name, you will need to edit the function displayHeader() located inside the report.html file.

In the picture below, I added code at line 147 that changes the title.

Apologies. We want to see the Date/Time and Learner Score in the Header.

In the report body, we want to see Question #, Question, Learner Response only show if Incorrect.

We don't need to see the Correct Answer column or the points awarded column.

Does this make sense?
