remove saingle number from the group of numbers

Hi ,how to remove single number from the group of numbers for example

before clicking arrow button

After i click the arrow button the number 4 was removed how to remove the number 4 in articulate storyline

its possible please give your guidelines

Hi Prakash,

You could do it pretty easily by inserting a new slide layer showing the altered number that gets triggered by clicking the arrow.
