Please could you help me out with a little problem. I'm searching for the option that will let me to reduce the volume or to remove completely the sound of click of mouse in the step-by-step "watch it" mode. I have a voice recording, but the mouse click is so loud and annoying that I'd like to delete it.
There isn't an option to change the volume of the mouse clicks, but you can adjust the volume of other audio you've added to Storyline. That way you could choose to make it a bit louder than the clicks.
I am using Storyline 360. The mouse cursors were part of a screen recording. I was not able to change them, so I removed them, added my own mouse cursor and adjusted the timing in the timeline.
We're seeing some trouble with the mouse click feature in Storyline 360 Update 24 . You should be able to change the click to None, Single, or Double, but that isn't working correctly.
We'll let you know as soon as this is resolved! In the meantime, you can install a previous update of Storyline 360 to work around this issue. Here's how.

What version of Storyline are you using? Did you add the mouse cursors in manually or were they a part of the Screen recording?
