Remove tick from checkbox correct/incorrect feedback
Feb 01, 2016
Hi
I'm working in Storyline with an imported PowerPoint to which I've added quizzes. In those quizzes, I've added feedback to correct and incorrect answers. When I'm on a slide and editing the feedback, I can't "untick" the feedback box in order to open the other or not show both. I'm not trying to remove the feedback, simply not see it again.
My solution so far has been to save the file, close Storyline and reopen it... It's frustrating as I'm trying to edit every slide feedback (there's quite a few) and I will have to close the program twice for every slide.
What do I do?
Jette

Hi, Jette -- Thank you for reaching out with your question! My apologies if I am not totally clear on what you are hoping to do, but would the suggestions in this thread or perhaps over here be of some assistance?
Please feel free to share your file if that is not what you had in mind. :)
Jette-- I wanted to jump in here too. I'm able to toggle between the layers on the Slide Layers panel, not by clicking the boxes, but by just clicking in the layer field, as in, on the word "Correct" or "Incorrect." Is that what you mean?
Hi Christie and Crystal. Thank you both for helping out. I'm not sure I'm explaining it correct :) When I'm editing my slide with a quiz on it, I can edit the correct/incorrect text by ticking it and that's perfect. However when I want to change from ie incorrect box to correct box to edit that it will not let me untick the one I already edited. As I can not remove both to simply go back to the regular slide without seeing the correct/incorrect boxes on the slide itself.
I may not be understanding the layers - I'm new to Storyline...
Click on the layers instead of the tick, the checkmarks are there to show more than one layer at a time
That works! Thanks a bunch :D
didn't seem logical to me at all ;)
wonderful with fast and helpful response from you all!
