Removing Green Check Mark in Review Quiz

Hi,
I am creating a quiz which has a review quiz button feature at the end. When I go in to review the quiz, for incorrect and answer I see the red "Incorrect" bar at the bottom, but among the multiple choice options, I see a green check mark next to the correct answer. I would like to remove that green check mark but do not know where to find that option, can someone please help. I attached a screenshot of this below. Thanks.

One Possible Solution, Set shape outline to "No Outline" and set the colour of Shape to white.
This is the only possible solution according to me. The Steps from 1-5 are shown in figure

Rehan thanks for trying to answer my question. However, the answer was much easier. All I had to was go into the results slide for the quiz, click on edit multiple choice, select options (second item down in new pop-up's right side) and select to Review quiz but not show correct/incorrect answers.
I would have screen shot it, but I dont know how on my mac book pro while in bootcamp (not interested in loading 3rd party screen shooters).
