I've a series of customized feedback templates for my course and don't want to see the default "invalid answer" one if the learner clicks submit without trying. I dumped the text from the label in player, but now it says 'important'. I just don't want it - don't need it. How can I prevent it from appearing? Thanks!
That box isn't an editable layer, and will appear by default when a user hasn't selected a answer to a question. You can edit the text from the text labels as you found - but there isn't a way to remove it entirely. You could look at not requiring an answer for the questions by using the "submit all at once" functionality and then they would not see the "invalid answer" prompt.
Thanks Ashley - I'll rejig all the quizzes to 'user can skip' and trigger my own feedback. It would be nice though, if there was a 'turn off default' option for the text labels in the future. I'll send a request in. Cheers!

edit the Feedback Master, or build one from scratch

Hi Muhammad - Thanks for the suggestion, though it doesn't quite solve the problem. I appreciate your time though!
