I don't want to displaylist all slides in the menu. But when I delete some slides, the numbering is no longer sequential. Is there a way to turn off numbering in the menu?
Storyline's default is to have the numbering off. The slide numbers show when you are in the Player menu so that you can be clear as to which slide is where. Once published, those numbers do not show on the menu.
If you want to show numbers in the published course, take a look at the image below to see how to turn the numbering on. The numbers in the published course will be sequential based on how they are arranged in the menu...not based on the actual slide numbers.
