If you're using SL1 or 2, and are working in that one slide, in the very lowest right corner, under the Base Layer heading, to the right of the title of your slide, click the little gear icon. This opens the Slide Properties window. Click the drop down arrow for Player Features and change from Player Defaults to Custom for the selected slides. You should now see the options/checkboxes for the Menu, Resources, Glossary, Notes, and Seekbar. Uncheck the box(es) for the items you want to delete for this particular slide. You can also do this when you are in Story View, just click on the slide you want to edit and work in the Slide Properties window in the right pane. I think this is a great option to declutter individual slides. I hope this helps!

Hi Kathryn,
You can read more about the slide properties you can adjust at the slide level by reviewing the tutorial here. (This one is for Storyline 2).
