reordering slides

I'm new to Storyline so this might sound like a stupid question: How do you reorder slides in Story View? I assumed you just drag them like in PowerPoint--but no. The only way I've figured out how to move a slide is to cut it and then paste it where I want it (after another selected slide). There must be an easier way. Any helpful comments would be most appreciated.
Thanks--Dale

Hello Dale, and welcome to heroes!
You can drag and drop the slides in StoryView and Normal View. When you select a slide to move, there will be a blue arrow that appears. Make sure that arrow is above or below the slide you want to move it to, and it will land there.
Here is a link to a video to show the blue arrow.
Let us know if you need anything else.

Dale,
Thanks for the update!. Glad it worked.
Hey everyone,
I am having a issue getting storyline 2 to do this for me. When I drag the slide to the new place and see the blue arrow I drop the slide but it keeps jumping back to where it was in the first place. Am I missing something?
Hi Melissa!
Honestly, Walt explains this the best here.
If you think it's something we need to take a look at, please share the .story file.
