I have reordered my slides so that (for example) slide 5.3 now comes after slide 5.7. However, even though the slides play correctly, they are not renumbering themselves in the menu after they are moved. I have used the Menu control under Player > Menu > Additional Options to "Number entries in the menu automatically" but it does not work. I need my slides to renumber themselves correctly because this looks ridiculous- what can I do?
I feel you're pain! You need to make sure the numbers are in order in the story view. Try moving 5.7 out of the flow and then moving it back into the flow of slides. It should renumber to 5.4. The menu is dependent upon the story view order. You may have to change the next triggers if you hard-coded them to go from 5.3 to 5.7.
For anyone else reading this, my triggers still worked correctly after manually re positioning slides, but I would advise checking yours thoroughly just in case.
