Yes Wendy. I too thought its because of some system error while posting a thread. But when I saw error message for first time. I open new tab and checked link of posts that I am participating/subscribed for, and my post was posted there though I got error message.
Hi Parashuram! This is an issue that we are aware of and our team is working to understand. I do not think the users are posting multiple times intentionally and the moderators are trying to identify and remove duplicate posts, as well. Thanks for your instructions and concern though.
