I just completed a very basic video player (a Christmas card) with just one slide and a movie in it. I added a replay button in the last half-second of the slide so people can click and watch it again. Unfortunately, the button stays on the screen forever once it is clicked. I thought it should respect the timeline settings and disappear until the video reached the end again. Any help would be much appreciated.
When you set up the trigger to replay, are you having it jump to the slide again? Make sure that you have the slide properties set to "reset to initial state" upon revisiting.
Michael nailed it. I was thinking like I were in After Effects, trying to isolate the button to that specific time (like we do with keyframes), so it never occurred me to use triggers in this elegant and intelligent solution.

You could add triggers that hide the button if it is clicked and shown again when the video clip finishes. Here is a quick example: http://dev.keypointlearn.com/xcl71_SL/VidLayer/V1/story.html
