Replay Video in Storyline 2

Hi everyone,
I have got the following problem. I am building a course for learning physicians, dealing with medical ultrasound. I need to build in different videos.
I start the videos different, some from a button, some start from a trigger "when timeline starts". When the video stops a new button appears, giving the learner the possibility to view the video again.
When previewing the course, some of the videos restart at about 2 secs of the video time. This is not a problem in general, but one of the videos only lasts about 3 secs, so you only see less than one sec, if you replay.
I added a trigger "stop media when media ends", in this case replaying the video does not work out anyway when using my button.
I tried to upload the short Video in a new course on our LMS, the same problem appears.
Do you have any ideas, what the cause of the problem might be and how to solve it?

The short Video is a .avi-file, but the "2sec-delay" also appears using an mp4-file.
Hi, Johannes -- Thanks for your question and sorry you are having difficulties! Would it be possible for you to share your file so that we are able to take a closer look at what is happening? And are you seeing the same behavior when you test your course in the SCORM Cloud, by chance? You may also want to take a look at this info on Unexpected or Erratic Behavior in SL2, as well.

unfortunately it is impossible for me to share the file, because we are dealing with ultrasound videos from real patients and want to save their privacy.
But I meanwhile found a workaround for the problem. I converted the videos with an extra program, now it works out. Nevertheless it is curious, because the original an the new Video format ist .avi, after converting it fits. I don't understand, but I got a solution for my problem.
