I'm using a light box to show a scene that contains a walk through of how to use a piece of software, which I created with Storyline's screen recording feature. The content in the light box plays through the sequence automatically and without issue the first time it's opened. If the user closes the light box and then re-opens it, it stays on the first screen and doesn't progress. Clicking inside the light box doesn't play the sequence. I've set all the screens to reset to initial state when revisiting, thinking that might trigger it to loop, but that hasn't worked.
try a "play media when timeline starts" trigger, maybe this works. If not try to create a new layer with the video which opens when the timeline starts and the same trigger (objects of the baselayer if existing should be shown).
Thanks for replying. I tried added the triggers you suggested with no success. :( Think I might have to admit defeat with the light box and try something else. Shame really because when it works, it looks awesome!
