Report individual variables to LMS

Hi,

I created a custom poll question, as we needed a select many question that provided feedback for each option (which is not something I could figure out how to do using the survey tool). I would also like to be able to see the individual response counts to each question in the LMS, so assigned variables to each and followed this tutorial to do so:

I tested his example SCORM file in our LMS and it works great (NameTestFile_LMSresults). But my file is not reporting any results (testFile_LMSresults). Please note I'm only testing the top 3 responses for now (thus the different vars). Our LMS is Docebo, and this is the first time I've tried to pass data to it, so any help is appreciated.
