Reporting back to LMS once testing is complete

Hi everyone ,

i was hoping someone would be able to help me with a little issue I am having .

i have a testing element in my training module which consists of multiple choice questions . When they get to the end they have a results slide with the success and failure layers. When I upload to my LMS ( learn pro ) it never reports back the score the user has got in the test . It doesn’t even say they have completed the module even when they have got to the end. 

is there some sort of trigger or button which signals the end of the assessment which would report back the module is finished and with what score ?
