Reporting on courses used in LMS

Hopefully someone can offer some guidance.

I have created a number of courses using Articulate storyline, and then added them to our internal LMS. The courses are added as SCORMs and have a pass rate. The courses at times show the final pass or fail score, at other times show either not finished/finished.

Regardless of the courses being closed via the x in the window or the user selecting the submit button the same happens. some with a pass/fail mark others with "finished"

I have a ticket logged with the LMS admin however they have also asked me to enquire here. Any suggestions are welcome

I'm curious if you're able to recreate the issue via SCORM Cloud or if the issue is specific to your LMS? If you're able to replicate, we would certainly want to take a look at the project file.

How is the reporting option for your LMS set within Storyline? To get both completion and success statuses in your LMS, you may need to choose a specific reporting option and LMS standard when you publish.
