I recently published a course (i.e. via Storyline 360 SCORM objects) to our LMS. However, several people successfully completed the course and passed all of the knowledge checks, but the information wasn't received by the LMS. Therefore, we can't generate reports. Is there something in particular I need to do in Storyline 360 to make sure the completion information and test data is sent to the LMS? Thanks very much.

It sounds like no one was able to get any data reported in the LMS.
How is the tracking set for the course?
Are you able to replicate the issue in SCORM Cloud or is this only happening in your LMS?
