Reporting Results to Teachers Without an LMS

Our company is currently using Storyline 360. We serve K-12 schools and we need to find a way to allow teachers to access their student's quiz data. Currently, the students send the PDF to their teacher in an email. However, we're receiving many complaints that students are sending it to each other and cheating on these assessments.
Without an LMS, is there any way to allow students to send their data directly to their teachers while still having one Storyline project? I'm aware that we could enter in individual email addresses for the data to report to, however, we have thousands of teachers needing a solution. Can this be done?

Back end (aka web servers) exist, but frankly an LMS is the more traditional, manageable and scaleable solutions. Several very good LMS products exists as mentioned throughout these forums, and frankly you would spend 4x the monies developing an alternative. I know, as I create these systems for clients
Agree with Brian, LMS is the easiest solution and there are reasonably priced hosted LMSs out here.
The only other solution which is not really a longterm reliable solution would be to report the score to an LMS but if you want quiz data this is really too much work for more than one course.
