Hi there, I published a story to report to my LMS as Passed rather than complete. I then changed the settings in the story, republished it and then uploaded it as a SCORM replacement to my LMS. This involves overwriting the LMS manifest file. It still keeps reporting as "Passed" rather than "Complete" does anyone know what could be causing this?
If you choose a reporting status of Completed/Incomplete or Completed/Failed when you publish, you may find that your learning management system (LMS) shows a status of Passed rather than Completed. This issue was fixed in Update 5 for Articulate Storyline. See this article for more information.
Thanks Leslie, I am on update 6, however I now see this wasn't anything to do with SCORM Replacement. It is indeed as you say something to do with the original publish settings
If I choose Completed/Incomplete it still reports as "Passed" rather than complete, any further ideas what this could be?
Are you able to replicate this behavior in SCORM Cloud or is this limited to your LMS? Does this happen for new users or is this a possible cache issue with the previous version?
Hi there, I have just run it through Scorm cloud and it still reports as "Passed" rather than Complete
I have also run a duplicate of the course through it all as a different course and it still reports as "Passed" both in LMS and Scorm cloud, not sure what I am doing wrong

Hold fire, I have just found out I am in fact on update 4, so the cause may in fact be as previously advised and be something to do with update 5
