Reporting Survey Results to LMS When Using Mobile Device

Hi all... I am researching an issue with survey results reporting to LMS when the learner takes the survey on a mobile device.

The survey results report to the LMS just fine when the learner takes the survey on a desktop/laptop with wired or wireless internet connection.

The LMS is Net Dimensions. 

Has anyone else had this experience? Can anyone lend insights or troubleshooting advice?

Hi Sandy!

Do you know the environment that the user is viewing the content in? Is it a supported viewing environment as documented here?

Are you able to replicate this issue if you test the uploaded content via SCORM Cloud? This will help us determine if the issue lies with the content or within the LMS.

If you are able to replicate, we would like to take a look.

I'll take a look if you'd like. I'm not sure if you were trying to share in your last response, but it appears that you responded via e-mail. This would not allow your attachments to come through, but does attach your signature. You are welcome to pop in and edit that as well as share your attachment via the 'Add Attachment' option in your reply.
