Reporting to from LMS

How do you get round this problem!!
When a member of staff has completed their eLearning module and left the course the results are sent to the LMS. If they then return to the course a week/month later they are returned to the last page they viewed, if this is the certificate page and they then immediately close the course the course sends a new completion date to the LMS, even if you spent only seconds on the page.
I can complete a two hour course in less than 3 seconds just by leaving on the cert page (assuming I passed originally).

Is this a course they need to take periodically? The course on completion should be asking the LMS to open in review mode and not overwriting the previous score.
If this isn't happening then switching off resume or forcing a new attempt each time the course loads may help.
Hello Phil
Thank you for replying. Is there a setting in Storyline for this?
I have both Storyline 1 and 2.

Hi Ken,
The resume behavior is detailed here. (That is Storyline 2, but the same set up applies in Storyline 1). Also, the resume behavior that Phil mentioned in terms of being in "review" mode is detailed here in case you'd like to use that unsupported workaround to override it.
