Hi Lynn! I apologize for the issues you are having with reporting accurate quiz results to your LMS. I found a similar forum question and answer that may be of help to you HERE

You could test it within SCORM Cloud, as Ashley mentions, to see if the same issue occurs. If the problem continues, you can report the issue to your LMS provider and see if they have any ideas on how to rectify the problem.
