i am republishing a course with the same name but it is not reflecting my changes when I launch the content from the website. After publishing is complete, i select manage content. It jumps to the correct content and title but the changes aren't there.

I often have to go to in-private browsing so that content is not stuck in my browser's cache when I do changes and check them on my website.
