Request for hosting and publishing instructions

Hi,
I have created a course for citizen scientists using Storyline 3. A conservation charity group has agreed to publish it on their website, however, they want me to send them instructions for their IT person detailing how it should be hosted and made publically available. I have published the course in html5 only format.
Is there a standard set of instructions I can send to my contact in the charity telling them how to make the course available after I send them the web-published files?
I don't have the option of upgrading to Storyline 360.
Any advice will be most welcome.
Thank you,
Liz

Depends where they are installing. For just a web link send the zip files and ask the to unzip in a folder on the server and link to the story.html file.
In an LMS send them the zip file as scorm or xAPI and the can install it.
Thank you Phil.
