I am importing quizzes from Quizmaker into Storyline. In Quizmaker if you skipped around a quiz, it would automatically go to the first skipped question when you got to the last question in the quiz to make sure they were all answered before sending you to the results slide.
In Storyline, if I skip around (by use of the Menu) and go to the last question before the results slide and click submit, it goes to the results slide and gives me a score. I want it to check to make sure all questions have been answered first.
If users can freely skip between questions then you can do the following :
A. Create a numeric variable : say TotalPoints B. Insert a trigger in each of the question slides to increment that variable by 1 if all your choices are of 'Normal' state. C. Insert a trigger on your final Submit button to show something (like e.g. a layer) when user clicks IF TotalPoints does not equal the number of questions. D. Insert another trigger to show the results slide if TotalPoints equals the number of questions.
We are trying to set this up but for some reason it added 2 points for each click on the questions. So if we have 10 question and they only answer one per page there are 20 points. Now also we find that if we set it to Greater to or equal to for they can actually click on one question 10 time skip all the other question an submit.
What we want is for them not to be able to submit unless they have answered e question on question page. is there a way??

You may want to look at the options her about adding a slide to confirm that all the questions have been answered before they go to the results slide. Hope this helps.
