Can someone give me simple instructions for requiring a student to enter text in a text entry field before they can advance? I'm setting the next button to disabled when the slide starts (which I understand how to do), and then want it to return to normal once text is entered into the field.
Here's a quick Peek recording on how I think you can use a trigger to enable the Next button based on the text entry variable created when inserting a text entry field and then using a condition that will control when the trigger is allowed to fire.
I have the trigger set up like this:
The condition looks like this when created. The "Value" field is left blank because we want to enable the Next button only if the text entry field has been filled in when the user presses the Enter key.
