We are needing to create mandatory training which requires staff to spend 1 hour on. I know we can set timing to each slide but do we have the ability to set a required time a user has to spend in a course before it will show complete?
You are right, they will not magically learn more by spending more time in the training. Unfortunately its mandatory with a required time to be spent in the course.
