I have created a course with hotspots, some of which are graded at the end and some are not. At the end if the user fails the quiz, they are required to take the course a 2nd time. However, when the course reloads, you cannot click the hotspots again, simply click next. How can I get the whole course to refresh?
Thank you so much!! The hotspots now work fine, however my retry quiz button will not disable after the 2nd attempt. My settings are correct I think. Any idea why?
It might be because of setting your slide back to its initial state. And it might be "fixable" with variables. But I'm perplexed, because when I've tried this with a hotspot quiz, I didn't run into your initial issues.
So perhaps you can upload a portion of this so we can see what's going on? If not, perhaps someone else can visualize it and help you out.

Is it the ones that aren't graded that aren't refreshing? Set the Slide Properties to When Revisiting Reset to Initial State
