What am I doing wrong? I need the student to be able to review the quiz (with the correct/incorrect feedback at the bottom), and then retry the quiz with no answers marked. Only after scoring 100% can they advance.
You just had the triggers on the button 1 on the Failure layer of result slide in wrong order.
Because the Jump to trigger was first, to learner was being redirected to the first question before the results were reset. Just click on the Reset results trigger and click the up arrow above it, so that its the first trigger in the list.

Happy to help you with your quiz! First, what version of Storyline are you using?
Also, does this issue happen when you preview the quiz in Storyline, or only after the content is published?
