I have a base slide with interactivity and audio. The interactive links connect to lightbox slides with additional audio and text. When I click the red "x" in the upper right corner of the lightbox slide to go back to the original base slide, the narration on the base slide picks up where it left off when I originally clicked the link on that slide. I want the narration to start over completely each time the user returns to the base slide. I've tried setting the slide properties for the base slide to return to the initial state when revisited, but that doesn's seem to work. Any ideas?
Have a look at the attached file and see if that's what you want. In order to restart the audio slide, I use a layer that calls the lightboxes and, when closed, jumps back to the same slide.
I am trying to do the same thing that Joel mentioned above. I opened the file that you attached and created all of the variables and the layer that you created and the audio is not restarting for me when I go back to the initial slide after closing out my lightbox. Can you help me figure out what I am possibly doing wrong? Thanks!
