"Reset to initial state" in quizzes do not work from iPad/LMS

When I have the status of resetting to initial state in my quiz questions, courses do not send over a score in the results screen when taking from an iPad in my LMS (TrainingServer). 

Has anyone else run into this?  Do you have any workarounds?

I need to reset the state because we need to enable users to retake a quiz after they fail.

Hi Karen!

Would you mind testing your course in SCORM Cloud to help us determine if the issue is Articulate-related or if it's on your LMS's side? If it appears in SCORM Cloud as well, we'd be happy to take a closer look at what might be going on. If you can't replicate the issue in SCORM Cloud, it's probably an issue that you'd want to take to your LMS team. The articles here and here may also help clear up common LMS issues.

It doesn't work in SCORM Cloud. It doesn't send the score over even in just SharePoint or AWS from an iPad.

You could reproduce this - have your quiz questions reset to initial state and view the course published to web from an iPad.

I am going to test the retry quiz button, however, we like to direct users to the first screen in the course so they review content before retaking the quiz.
