I have the quiz set up for three tries. (even though you only need two) However, if the user selects the wrong answer, I want the slide to reset. Currently the incorrect answer is still highlighted.
not sure of your setup but do you have the 'reset results' trigger attached to a button when they leave the results slide to start the quiz again? If so, it needs to be the first trigger on that button before the user jumps back to start again.
Maybe you already got this from Wendy's answer. I believe the results slide will have the option to Review the Quiz as a default setting. That allows the users to go back and look at their answers (that is in yellow on the attached image). What you want is for them to Retry the Quiz(circled in red). That is also a setting in the Result Slide. When you select that option, it creates a button that has triggers that will reset the result slide and allow the participant to retake the quiz.

If the user selects FALSE, I want them to return to the is page and have it reset without showing any previously selected answer.
Ok, I figured it out. I had to add a trigger to the incorrect slide, to jump to the main slide again. (I did the same for the Try Again Slide).
Hi Helena
so you meant question reset not quiz reset. See if the attached works for you

For mulitiple choice I use the Results slide and check off "allow user to retake quiz:. Thank you
Glad you were able to get the assistance that you needed here Helena. Thanks for popping in with an update.
Hi. I created a true/false slide that resets. I added triggers to the "continue" and "try again" slides to jump to the main slide.
Also I have have the slide to reset to initial state.
Hi Helena!
Is that what you were looking to have happen?
I just wanted to make sure I'm following along correctly here. Seems like that video shows the behavior you were wanting to accomplish.
Yes, that is what I was looking to accomplish.
Glad to hear it Helena :) Thanks for sharing!
