I get so much help and many great ideas from the forum I thought I would share this story file with you. Hope you get something out of it.
In this example the user gets to select six options from a list then submits to get a response. If they select more than six, an Oops layer appears and they can click to reset (deselects all selected options).
When they click submit a feedback layer appears (same for both correct and not the best answer responses).
Although, I didn't see the need for the 'Reset' button. When I clicked the 7th button I got the feedback layer and then when I closed the feedback I just deselected one of my options.
I found this easier than clicking reset and selecting them all over again.

Thanks for the feedback Gary - client wanted a reset button but you're right...
Looks great, Wendy! Thanks for sharing. :)
