In the final test in my course, if the user fails, there is a button that takes them back to the beginning of the course to review the content again. The button also has a trigger to reset the quiz so that the questions are active again. So far, so good.
But there is a way to defeat the quiz reset if you are using a left-side menu pane, which I am. If the user does not click the button, but instead selects any completed page from the menu and then navigates to the test again, the quiz is not reset.
Any ideas on how to force the reset if the user avoids the button and uses the menu? Thanks in advance.
You could try adding a trigger to reset the results when the timeline starts on the first quiz slide or the intro to the quiz slide whichever you send them to from the last content slide.
