Resetting a question from the question bank

Hi guys!

I'm having the same problem over and over again. Would really appreciate your assistance.

After building the question banks, the user completes the questions, if they fail they have to return to the module to redo the questions.

 

The problem is when they return to the questions it is selected on the "previous" (incorrect) answer. Thus they are unable to proceed with the lesson (unable to change the answer to the scored question). Is there a setting to reset the questions to original state when redoing the module?

Hi Izette. There is an option on your slide properties to Reset to initial state when revisiting.

Here is how you can change it.

  1. Open your question bank. Select Slides Tab -> Select Question Banks Icon -> Select your question bank
  2. Select any slide. On the Slide Properties window (lower right of the screen) you will see an option for "When Revisiting".
  3. Click the drop down and select Reset to initial state.
