Hi, Howie -- Thanks so much for reaching out here and sorry for your troubles! Just to confirm, are all of your slides set to Advance by User in Presenter before you're importing into Storyline 2? As noted in this article on Tips for Importing Microsoft PowerPoint and Articulate Presenter Content:
Advance behavior will be imported. When a slide is set to advance automatically in Presenter, Storyline will add a trigger to jump to the next slide automatically when the timeline ends.
So if you are finding that Advance by User as set in Presenter is not holding after import into SL2, we may need to take a closer look. Would it be possible for you to use the steps here to create an Articulate Package of your original Presenter file? I'd like to see if I am able to replicate what you are reporting.
