Resetting stored quiz results - game file attached

I'm hoping someone can help ;)
I'm looking to add some kind of trigger to clear previous answers in a quiz set. I know how to 'reset results', but as I'm building in a game to send the learner to the results as soon as they get a wrong answer, I need all previous answers cleared. Right now, previous correct answers are showing in the results slide.
Example of what's happening now:
First attempt - Learner gets 3/3
Second attempt (Retry) - Learner gets the first one wrong, goes straight to results, and results show 2/3 (as it's saving the previous answers on the next questions).
I need to be able to reset all question slides to 'initial state' when clicking the 'retry' button... or whatever needs to happen in order to reset the previously stored results. Fingers crossed that there's a guru with a fix ;)

Fixed!!! Just took the original quiz questions and grouped them as a Question Bank. This gave me 2 things I wanted:
- First, it fixed the issue of the individual slides not resetting. I'm assuming storyline sees the Question Bank as "one slide" so it's resetting all of them at the same time.
- Second, it's giving me the tickbox for randomizing the questions, which is something I wanted anyway
