Unfortunately, to the best of my knowledge, there is not currently a way to resize markers, but you may want to review this older thread for some ideas and suggestions you could try as potential workarounds. And, if you would like to share your thoughts or ideas with our Product Development team, you are welcome to use this form and have your voice be heard. :)
This could be a new update to Articulate 360: Right-click on the marker. Go to Format Shape, Line Style, increasing Width will increase the size of your marker.
This is good, makes it stand out a little more. Just be careful though that increasing anything more than a couple of pixels it then covers the pulse/swirl animation.
