Resize markers

Hi everyone, thought I'd reach out and see if someone can help me. I've built a course in storyline 2 and now need to increase the size of the slide window. After doing this, the markers that I've used on the slide master have resized in proportion, but any markers that I've included on normal slides have remained 28px high/wide and the size settings are greyed out. I've tried including them on the slide master, but this doesn't seem to help for some reason! Any assistance would be appreciated

Hi Ray!
Here is ourĀ tutorialĀ on markers. You should be able to re-size the markers by dragging the sizing handle.
If I'm not following, please feel free to share your .story file so that I can take a peek at what may be going on.
I'm having the exact same problem as Ray. When I right click on the marker, click Size and Position, and then click on the Size tab, the dimensions are grayed out. They're stuck on 28px for height and width.
Hi David,
Thanks for sharing that. Are you also using Storyline 2? Do you mind sharing your file to see if I can replicate? You can share it publicly here, or you're welcome to share with our support engineers here. I'll delete it when I'm done troubleshooting.
I think I'm using Storyline 360. But in some other threads it looks like markers are not resizeable, so I've been using a workaround.
Hi David,
You're correct, it looks like the label can be resized, but not the marker itself. I've seen in other threads as well members using this workaround for making the marker appear larger.
Actually my problem is the opposite. I want to make the markers smaller. I have not been able to find a workaround. ...any help?
Hi William,
Thank you for reaching out!
Since Markers are at a set size, there currently isn't a way to make them smaller. I was able to find a couple of community workarounds that I hope will help:
