Resize window problem when inserting a swf file developin Flypaper

I've published a course today on Moodle and on the version without the swf file the window resizes correctly using the Player option of Display at user's current browser size.  As we're developed IT software courses this is essential as we want to display at full screen size.

However, when I inserted a swf file developed in flypaper the window size is modfied and even when I resize it stays smaller. 

Does anyone know how to get round this?
