Are you looking to resize the player navigation buttons? You can't change their size but you can change the text size on the buttons, and it'll change it from the entire player font.
If you're still having difficulty with their font sizing can you share a bit more about your course? What story size are you using? What are the settings you've used for the player/browser scaling behavior?
