HI - can anyone tell me if you are recording an application and wish to change the formatting size of the recording screen from one size to the other can it be done? For example live record in 4.3, pause and then change the screen size to 4.9 for example?

You'd need to conduct them as separate screen recordings - there isn't a way to change the size mid recording.
