Resizing Screen Size in Storyline 365

I'm using Articulate 360 on Parallel/Windows. In Storyline and when I publish, I get extra white space along the top.  Other friends do not have this issue. Help?

Hi Larry,

What is the setting of the background? Is it just a color fill or is that a full image uploaded to the slide?

If it's a full image, the issue may be a conflict between screen resolution and the image size. Have you tried making the background image larger?

If it's a color fill, try using a different setting and place it back to the original after saving. It might just need to be refreshed.

If neither works, could you share the slide and/or story so we can look into it more closely?
