Resizing the Question Level Feedback box

Jun 17, 2013

Hi All,

When I try to enter more than a very small amount of text into the Question Level Feedback box, my text appears way too small on the screen to the point of being unreadable.

It seems that Articulate is resizing my text to fit inside the feedback box. Is there a way to enlarge the feedback box?

Thank you!

Hi Peta,

Welcome to the community!

If I'm understanding correctly, you're referring to the feedback boxes on the correct and incorrect layers? You can adjust this for individual questions by

Click on a layer,

  • Right-click on the "answer" text box and choose Format shape from the shortcut menu
  • Click "Text Box" on the left-hand side in the Format shape dialog box.
  • Change the Autofit section to Do Not Autofit
  • Close the dialog box.
  • You'll probably also need to resize the answer text box.

You can adjust for all quiz questions in the slide by making this same change on Correct and Incorrect layers in the feedback master.

Be sure to give a shout out if this info is too sketchy and you'd like a bit more direction.
