Hey guys. I am using Articulate Storyline 2, and i've inserted a video into my slide. The video dimensions are smaller than the canvas, therefore I resized the video to fill the whole slide (by left clicking, going to size and position, the adjusting the height and width). The video dimensions change while in the project, but when I preview the slide, the video goes back to the original size. Is there anyway to fix this, or would I have to export my video at a different dimensions? Thanks for the help.
Hi there Arturo, thanks for reaching out here! Would you mind sharing your file (or even just the slide with the video) so I can do some testing on my end? Just click the Add Attachment button at the bottom of the reply window.
It sounds like the video file itself may be locked at those dimensions and therefore you'd need to export it with different dimensions. You could also scale the story size smaller to match the video (if this doesn't impact the rest of your designed course).
